Why can't Azpilicueta retain the RB berth, while Baba @ LB?
Whenever Azpilicueta plays @ RB, he plays with so much freedom.
Yesterday's game was another example.
He was up and down the pitch...with intent and purpose, and finally got an assist!
Baba @ LB wasn't bad either, he supported the attack from the left, and got into very dangerous positions.
I think what Baba needs is more game time, so that he can play with more confidence.
It's high time, Baba is played more often @ LB, while Azpilicueta @ RB.

Agree with this. After a long time we have proper LB & RB in a game. Dave had a great game in RB. Although he could do a job in LB, got more to offer in RB spot. Baba does well in attacking and I'm sure he will improve on defending. Are we playing Ivan because he is Captain/VC?

yeh have to agree with this. Ivan was terrible again yesterday, and with Oscar out the team Ivan is now the weak link, out of position the entire game.

I still can't believe we gave him a 1 year contract extension
This season has been an absolute disaster and it's still ongoing so expect some more odd decisions... Like selling Courtois at the end of the season... Crazy decisions like that

Always want Azpi at RB.....even though Baba is def a risk at LB.......and could have a mare agst PSG if played there.

The problem is baba is $hit. Left or Right azpi is our only decent fullback.
And to think that we paid 21m to get Baba.
