For the benefit of the Birmingham City, Derby and Bolton fans who may wish to participate, this competition runs for the whole season and has 41 rounds. It only includes Championship matches. Some rounds have all 12 matches and some will have 24 as there are midweek games too.

So time to launch the competition for the 4th season. Congratulations to cinciwolf on winning last season. The rules will be the same apart from the amount of draw predictions. This season, instead of the third rule, there will be no restrictions on the amount of draws you wish to predict. However if it looks like this amendment is being abused i.e. all matches put down are for a draw, the ruling will be reviewed.

Each round will be run from the Friday to the following Wednesday.

So, here are the rules and points system for this seasons competition:-

Correct score:-

Draw 6 points, Away win 5 points, Home win 4 points

Correct result:-

Draw 3 points, Away win 2 points, Home win 1 point

10 jokers are available for the whole season and can be used at any time during the 41 rounds. Correct scores will by x3 points and correct results x2 points when jokers are used. At the end of each month, the player with the most correct results will be awarded a bonus joker.

I'll contact the admins and see if a small prize can be added to this seasons comp.

fair enough all draws are not to be counted...no mention of all 2-0's or blanket scores in a winning predicition
