Top four teams

At the moment they are Burnley, Middlesbrough, Hull and Brighton. When i analyse why they are the top four my conclusion is it's because of their managament. It needs an experienced manager to get a club promoted from this division. Dyche, Karanka ( Real Madrid under Mourinho) Bruce and Houghton all ave that experience. Then i compare our own Les and Jim to these and i realise we ain't going anywhere soon.
