Pakistan should be offering the young Rashid Khan the chance to play test match cricket and they can play him in all forms. England have done it with Irish players though, in all honesty, those players haven't been very good.
Pak should also take Inzi into their coaching staff.

Rashid Khan has only been taken to the cleaners once in the T20 WC. Every other game he's taken wickets and not gone for many runs. 2-17 against England, 2-26 against WIndies, 1-27 against Sri Lanka, 3-11 against Zimbabwe.
I doubt any Pak spinner is anywhere near that record.

England did it with Ireland, don't see why Pak don't do it with Afghans.

We do have some good young spinner but for some reason in a sub continent tournament we packed our side with fast bowlers who had no plan. Also having Afridi in side was hindering them.

Australia struggled without a decent spinner. Even average spinners can make a difference. But Pak recall Sami (18th recall???).
