if you want to feel really rotten tell yourself that in the last 2 years spurs have bought dier/alderweireld/alli/wimmer for £170m less than LVG has spent buying martial and, erm, the rest.

I don't think there's ever been a manager who deserved to get sacked more to be honest. It's ridiculous at this point.

The only thing he had going for him was that we didn't get battered against 'big' teams like we did under Moyes; now he can't even manage that.

Bottom line is, if anyone genuinely thinks we're not going anywhere other than downwards and backwards with LVG really needs some help

We need some cheering up on this depressing evening and Braveheart provides that

The Man. U. team played well for the greater part of the game. The problem was that, after Spurs first goal, they folded and never looked like getting back into the game. Can't blame it all on the manager, some blame lies with those on the pitch.

Not sure what Giggs role with this team is? He seems like a distraction, and LVG should have gotten rid of him after last season.
