Although Rigo is a very good technical boxer (probably the best in the world arguably), he doesn't bring anything else to the table in terms of PPV money.
To be fair to Frampton he is also moving up a division anyway isn't he to fight Santa Cruz?
No one wants to fight Rigo because there isn't an upside to it, win or lose and that's the bottom line. GGG and Andre Ward have also suffered from this.
