It's got disaster written all over it...But then so does anything whilst this owner remains in charge.
The more I think about it, the more I would stick with Evans.

The bloke they've reportedly agreed terms with is a Croatian that is manager at the team currently topping Serie B. He has a bit of a reputation for developing lower league players. That would seem to fit with Cellino's budgeting.

Think Carnivore, think Milanic. No experience of English football and especially the high tempo cut and thrust physical game of the Championship. He would be a total disater just like Milanic. If it was a choice between him and Evans, I'd take Evans every single time even though I'm no Evans fan.

Think Carnivore, think Cellino
'In February 2015, Fabio Cannavaro, his wife Daniela, and his brother Paolo were respectively handed 10-month, 4-month, and 6-month prison sentences for breaching orders by entering his residence after it had been seized by authorities back in 2009, amid an investigation into fraudulent activity and tax evasion; all three have appealed and have had their sentences suspended until the final judgement has been made'
Sounds familiar.

Managers have to start somewhere and yes its a huge risk for a "fragile" "complicated" side like Leeds. I think he'd need someone to come in and help him

Why, he's got Andrea the furniture salesman to help.

People slating Milanic for getting no better chance to prove himselfe then the rest isn't fair on the guy, and it don't really matter if we get a proven manacoach or another none league coach, they'll all be abused and mistreated by Mr Perfect, the bod that know's respect has no place in the real world!..
A shame people couldn't go to jail for abusing coaches, I suppose all we can do is hope he gets hit by one!..
Doing 90mph the wrong way up a one way street would be just perfect!..
