Joe Hart chewing gum

I don't understand how chewing gum doesn't affect you in a job/position and that requires reflexes and impulse.

As a keeper I think it would seriously hamper my reaction time.

If I were a keeper, I'd only chew gum if I had the great German defender Heimlich in front of me.

Sorry, just had a nap.

I think I'll try it in pre season and see if it gets in my way.

Saw the thread title and thought it Joe Hart had been advertising chewing gum now. Obviously not. But he could use some to keep his wig in place.

doesn't need a wig, thanks to the UKs number 1 shampoo and conditioner. That's the power of Head & Shoulders.

The average reaction time for humans is 0.25 seconds to a visual stimulus, 0.17 for an audio stimulus, and 0.15 seconds for a touch stimulus.

Given a keeper is trained in drills for all types of saves you could reduce that time.

Not sure chewing gum would have any negligible effect as the brain can process millions of micro decisions a second.

Especially as he doesn't have to think about the state of his hair, thanks to the UKs number 1 shampoo and conditioner.

It can get quite boring for the keeper during one of those 4-0 City games.

Anything to keep him awake.

A condsiderate lover would spit a bit out and give it the bird.

A bit? Give her the lot post coitus cuddle

Saves having to get up and find a bin

Doesn't saving your gum on the bedpost cause it to lose it's flavor?
