Dream League week 4 results

Blyth Spartans v Fishguard Sports

Welshy again has produced imo a very young team and if it stays together could become very successful whereas Tino has a right good mix of experience and youth, in a very entertaining game Tinos team had the early advantage as Fishguard were caught napping andMunir played in a delightful ball for Lapadula do smash home, Blyth were on top for a while as Welshys young guns just couldnt get a foothold. The second half Fishgaurd look more like themselves, quick passing and forcing Blyth back and were unlucky not to equalise early. It became a stalemate for 30 odd minutes as neither team were really on top after Fishguards good 10 opening minutes of the second half, however when the subs came on Welshy was rewarded, the energy and pace of Forsberg got him to the bye line and he whipped in a low crosss, Fekir got a toe to it and it crossed the line to make the final score 1-1

Blyth Spartans 1 - 1 Fishguard Sports

Lapadula(Munir) 34
Fekir(Forsberg) 86
MOTM - Silva, was strong in the defence for the home side

Dyskobala v Juventus
No direction, No spirit, No Manager made this an easy win for Juventus

Dyskobala 0 - 2 Juventus

Arduiz x 2 (Coman, Dembele)
MOTM - Arduiz

Edinburgh Vs Forres

Feel a bit for Fud as he’s had a tough start to the season and with visiting Forres in fine form it’s not getting any easier. I like Fud’s change of set-up and that front 3 will trouble any side. Fan as always has a solid side out, really like the middle 3 and with Ibra up-top will always be a threat.

‘s
Vardy (Locadia)
Vardy (Wanyama)
Ibra (Alli)

Tierney, Roberts, McGregor

Jackson, Asensio

MOTM – Vardy –led the line superbly, 2 very well taken goals and Edinburgh finally have a win on the board

Pumas vs Cambuur
Nice tidy match this is – Elsie as always has his finger on the pulse and building a nice youthful side (that can clearly hold its own) LSTD has a pretty young side himself but perhaps one that’s a little further down the line.
With both sides playing a very similar set-up and style I could see them grinding each other down for an entertaining draw and for once in its life the fruity agreed with me.

‘s
Ganz (Gerson)
Williams (Tielemans)
Paredes (Moreno)
Angulo (Jota)

‘s
Balanta
Soares, Danilo, Alisson
MOTM – Tielemans – real star of the show in the midfield battle – full of energy….tireless

Wellington vs Tatung
I Like Baggy’s formation but I’m not sure on Rabiot at RM…Gray is a fantastic talent on the other flank and with Elneny and Coq in the middle they’re looking pretty solid…Ludy has his galacticos well drilled and that front 3 is pretty deadly – so confident is he that he has Vezo starting and benched
I think Ludy’s 3 would overpower Baggy’s midfield 2 BUT the extra body up top for Baggy would I feel compensate for it.

‘s
Pandev (Iwobi)
Origi (Mahrez)
Mahrez (Solo effort)

‘s
Rabiot, Doria
Origi, Alonso

MOTM – Mahrezz scored one and made one for Ludy’s galacticos a bona fide match winner
