This article is well set out explaining why Spurs should be better of without the 'I'm the best man' Redknapp.

I agree. He is more about himself. I hate the fact he will never blame himself now matter what. You see the top managers, in fact nearly all managers taking stick for themselves, in order to avoid the embarassment of their own team.

If you put a post on the Spurs and Arsenal sites it has to be relevant to both teams otherwise it normally descends into a wumfest
