Voting day here in California

Not sure if you've all been focusing on who is going to be the next most powerful person in the world, but its been frightening to say the least.

We have Donald Trump, who has CLINCHED the Republican nomination , and well, I just don't know anymore.

We have Hillary Clinton, who is under FBI investigation, has been caught lying to the entire country for an entire year about said FBI investigation and the sorts of rules she's breached while Secretary of State. There are also some problems with her "charity" The Clinton Foundation, where she would receive large sums of money from the likes of Saudi Arabia into the Foundation, and in return they would get the biggest weapons deal of all time so they can then go on to kill innocent civilians in Yemen. She hasn't a single straight forward stance on any policy position. She's probably the most corrupt person in the country outside her husband, and is the most disliked Democratic front runner in history. Oh, not to mention the fact that she's to the RIGHT of Donald Trump on some important issues like foreign policy and trade and is winning the Democratic primary solely based on name recognition. Oh, and is losing to him in many key swing state polls so far, and is either tied or losing to him nationally depending on the poll you look at. She has a shoddy voting record where she's voted for the Iraq War, which should automatically disqualify her, and voted for the Patriot Act... twice. She used to be a driving force for universal health care... but then the health care industry started contributing to her campaign, then she stopped. Funny that.

Then we have Bernie Sanders
The man who just wants this country to catch up with the rest of the industrialized world. He wants a universal healthcare system so that the 29 million Americans, myself included, that don't have health insurance don't need to spend a fortune when they're ill. He wants a tuition free college education system so men and women coming out college aren't $150k in debt. He wants large corporations and the top earners of this country to ACTUALLY pay tax. Instead of being able to not pay taxes through loopholes and bring in $400 billion. He wants to get rid of the failed and racist War on Drugs bill that has punished Blacks ten times more than whites even though they both use drugs about the same amount of time, he wants to fix the countries failing infrastructure and is wanting to ban ALL fracking in the country which, as we all know, has a massive impact on global warming. He, and many scientists believe that we are at a point now where we need to reverse and stop everything were doing when it comes to fracking and off shore drilling to literally SAVE THE PLANET. And the most important thing he wants, he wants the corrupting influence of big money out of our political system so that our political system actually serves the American people and not corporations. He, and many others, believe that we can't have the things other countries have because the health insurance, big pharma, big oil and the fossil fuel industry pay for politicians campaigns and they then go ahead and sign in legislation that would benefit said special interests. Then said politicians will get a job as a lobbyist for said special interests. Just lovely.

Its sad and funny. Bernie would be crushing any other democratic nominee with the voting record and stances that Hillary Clinton has taken. The only problem is... she's Hillary Clinton and is for some reason ADORED by a large part of the Democratic base. The problem is that there's also a large portion of the Democratic base that can't stand Clinton and neither can the rest of the country.

The head of the Democratic National Committee was the head of her 2008 campaign and has protected her from the very beginning. There has been countless instances of election fraud and voter suppression in key states, where even 500,000 registered democrats we're removed from the Democratic voting rolls in California, and were not told their registration has been changed. If one of these people did not catch this "error" by May 23rd, they will not be allowed to vote today. Not to mention exit polls, only on the Democratic side have been historically inaccurate. Where there was even evidence where machine total vote counts didn't actually match the hand count that favored Hillary Clinton.
Were a 3rd world democracy!

Anyways, if any of you are interested, who would you want to become the next POTUS?

Impossible to analyse Trump’s entire campaign.

But this is a guy without a single day’s experience in any type of political office. Throughout his campaign there have been numerous topics he’s been unable to comment/discuss, as he was either ignorant to the subject, or he didn’t know enough about it to engage in debate.

His defence has been to deflect attention away from specifics by attacking anyone who criticises.

Even if voters somehow believe he will be able to implement his (entirely unfeasible) rhetoric, (making ‘something great’ is not a policy) he’s a walking personality disorder, with next to no diplomatic intelligence.

Despite being openly homophobic, racist, and sexist I’m sure he’d make a great POTUS…

Obama has done a lot considering his hands are tied by the republicans blocking everything he puts forward for improvement.

Like the Zika virus becoming a serious threat here in the south western states and Florida, he wanted to push toward a bill to help get a vaccine found quicker!

Great idea, but it was Obamas idea so let's blow do that!

The Republicans are dickks
