If this is true about Ayew (and it probably is), you can absolutely put to bed any hopes of promotion. That's a guarantee.

I think you'd be better to keep Richards - so long as he is played at RB and never ever at CB.
Also if Sanchez stayed.. he could be OK in the championship. Maybe.
But you ought to have a street party in Aston if you can get shot of Lescott and Flabby!! Those are the ones you really need to see the back of.
