I spoke to the mother in that features in that video, it's not until you speak first hand to victims and the family of victims that you really understand.

I also spoke to Michael, the guy that presents the documentary. His investigations into the police force have uncovered schit loads of corruption and mysterious random death's of people while in custody.

In the wider world yes it does happen, in America where some black groups are now considered terrorists by some black people have been abused and killed in rallies.
