Hey I know this has nothing to do with football but I fractured my fibula whilst jogging through kelvin grove park. I went over my ankle with a loud shreak of pain and instantly knew I'd damaged something. Three good Samaritans came to my aid and said it was a bad bit for joggers. I went to take photos today and the concrete is a mess for a public park. Do I have a chance for compensation or is it not worth the bother.(I've still managed work with this boot thing on). Anyone help or some advice would be appreciated Cheers

My Gran tripped and fractured her hip on some uneven paving a number of years back and received several thousand in compo from the council. That was in broad daylight to and I don't think she had any witnesses.
Worth looking into.
