It's looking like he can have a similar impact that RVP had in his first season with us.
Lots of similarities between the two players, great technique and hold up play while neither are the quickest and need service. What Zlatan has over RVP is that he is more powerful and better in the air. I actually think the service to Zlatan has quite poor so far and he has missed the only clear cut chance created for him (excluding the penalty) I certainly think he can get 20+ goals in the league.

Hopefully that is where players like Henrik, Rashford, Martial and the others step up to the plate.
We conceded the least shots weekend just gone I think, so we should be solid enough even in games we are struggling to score in to nick 1-0's and such.

Only 2 games but looking good. He will no doubt have some poor patches, just need to not go over the top and think he's had it when he does.

Very true. Even RVP in that great season had a run of around 10 games where he couldn't buy a goal from play.

Had he not had that bad patch we could well have been in the CL Final that season. We should have beaten Madrid and he had the chances to do so for us.

Them chances he had versus Madrid

ZI has netted 3 goals in 2 games so far this season (4 in 3 if you include CS) , as he has already cost the bookies £10 million - bookies’ public enemy number 1!
A strong specimen. He's proving that the age is just a number.
He will score 20+ goals easily.

I reckon he'll have an even greater influence on the young lads than did RVP. Getting to the ground early and staying late, passing along his knowledge and technique. We got a lot in this great player.

Ibra has been at a seriously high level for a decade, you shouldn't really be surprised.

Zlatan is similar to RVP in a way, but for me is better in every department. Very capable of 20+ goals this season, but it's about how he performs and the service he gets in the bigger games.
Quality will show through against sides like Southampton and Bournemouth, but it's going to be important to show his impact against sides like City/Spurs etc.

Zlatan is Zlatan - becomes more efficient with age. Proving the doubters wrong again so far.
