Apparently he doesn't live in the past Did he miss the memo of which club he is managing?
A good manager but on par with Brenda for talking utter chit
The German wants to replicate the success of Liverpool "grandfathers" such as Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley.
"Sometimes you can use the experience of other people," he told the BBC.
"I don't live in the past but there is a reason why we are here - because of our fathers and grandfathers. These people are like the grandfathers.

Hoody
I like the guy. and he did very well indeed at Dortmund.
But there is a flaw in the way he has his teams play. He has lost 5 out of 5 finals.

I will also add that you will undoubtedly spank a lot of teams this year, but you will also have set backs like last week under him.

Yeah I think that seems to be the general feeling... atm.
I believe we can find some consistency though. We could easily add to the squad yet especially in January. For all I know we could get bought out! It's a bit weird having a zero net spend or near enough when you consider the stadium increase and extra TV money.
We have decent strikers and hopefully Karius, Matip and Can can shore up the spine. Good forwards though and we'll be entertaining.

It is like playing chess with an opponent who doesn't look at what moves you are making, and makes his own moves without any thought behind why.
He then wonders why he is left with a King surrounded by 16 of his opponents pieces.

Pretty sure that's impossible.

So Klippity.. sorry, Jurgen wants to emulate former reds managers and this is 'cringe'
What a bizarre conclusion.
If that's cringe then perhaps we should consider the opposite of what he said and see if he fares any better.
The opposite would be 'Klippity.. sorry, Jurgen doesn't want to emulate former LFC managers Paisley, Shankly and co.'
That would have been an odd thing to say.
This is a non-story and a non-article.
Only Vidicschin could get himself embroiled in such utter tripe.
