8k

8k crowd for a city with one club.

Did Leeds not offer reduced-price tickets?

£25 (cheaper seats) for a week night game in the league cup against Blackburn is just is criminal. Both sides played second teams too.

I had no desire to head down to Elland Road to pay £25 to see the worst side in the Championship play our second team in a repeat of last week's game. Don't blame the rest of our fans for not wanting to do the same.

Entertainment at home games has been so bad the last few seasons. Can't really think of a home game where we've actually put in a top performance and won well. All our best performances are away from home now, make elland road a fortress and crowds will jump again.

Never ceases to amaze me how our portion of
Ja606 attracts fans from seemingly, every other club.

We really are massive.

Was one of the 8k and I'm not going to lie a 1/5 empty Elland Road was a sorry sight. If we ever do get back to anywhere near where we were(and that's a massive if I know) I'll always remember seeing that ground nearly empty.

Paul.

Away support is fantastic and you cannot expect crowds to come out at regular prices to see the second teams of two lowly placed championship teams in a midweek game.

Simples....

Well it wasn't regular price. I paid £20 for East Stand, it's minimum £35 in the league. Both overpriced of course.

It should have been a tenner and a fiver for concessions. Kids under 10 free and local schools should have been given tickets.

Maybe then some of the staff (who were stood idle due to lack of custom) could have sold more beer, soft drinks and food.

Hopefully if we do get new owners they will realise that sometimes it's worthwhile cutting prices to get the next generation of supporters through the turnstiles.

Cellino has no idea how to run a club.

Think Newcastle was a tenner last night!
