Jeff says it will take time.

https://youtu.be/IqGBDldNomI

New interview with Jeff on Wolves player.

He says it will take time especially when we bring in so many new players.

A ten year plan to get wolves established and as big as man Utd.

Obviously knows what he's talking about.

The sky is the limit with Fosun. It looks like that they will do things properly and give things a chance to develop.

As usual, you're trying to spin what I've stated Butey.

I'm as excited as anyone else about the takeover and would love to get back into the top flight. However, I'm also patient and wise enough to know that it might not happen this season. If it does, then Zenga will have done a remarkable job.

I for one have been positive for the last 3 or 4 seasons now, unlike some on here who wanted to throw WZ under the bus after only a few weeks. I don't read on here any negative remarks aimed at them. You're like a preying mantis, just waiting until I post something. Next we'll have the kid from Worthing with his two penneth worth.

You're just a WUM.

And money, a whole lot of spending money, it's gonna take patience and money to do it right.

Anybody remember the goals that Morgan set?
Anybody remember the goals that SJH set?

Fosun are a shrewd company that come across as precise and ruthless in their pursuit of profit. They are not unlike Jeremy Peace and nothing like Man City's owners. The former made a hundred million or so profit during his time running and then selling West Brom. The latter are around a billion pounds DOWN.

Unless you have a worldwide market for merchandise, image rights, television rights, you are not going to make money in football.

The only club who are close to the top four - and not Manchester United - who turn a profit are Arsenal. Everybody laughs at them because their owners are shrewd and ruthless. I would suggest that Wolves have nowhere near the worldwide fanbase that they have and would take decades to catch up. They, Chelsea, United, Liverpool and Man City have been doing the foreign pre season trips for years now.

45 years of silly boasts from different owners at Wolves has made me cautuous concerning what they say. I thought that Fosun might be different, but they now come across as the worst of the bunch.

Remember Barnsley.

The headlines talk about taking time and being patient but I don't read any of that into what Fosun are saying.

They are talking about being a promotion team in the new year and the squad they have put together contains a number of loans and one year contracts so is clearly built with a focus on this season.

They are talking about very quickly getting established in the premier league and setting early sights on attracting the kind of crowds nNewcastle get.

Then they are talking about competing with Man Utd within ten years. That's an ambition that will sound totally fanciful to Wolves fans just as it did to Chelsea and Man City before their current owners arrived.

I think all of those stages of progression represent phenomenal change and I don't think in reality that patience plays much of a part in their targets at all

The one that stars, "Absolute nonsense"? Herbert's being Herbert, and playing Devil's advocate. He's harmless, (as I posted on Thursday). He didn't criticise the fans enthusiasm.

Well it doesn't seem like it's going to take that much time.
