Chelsea were awful today.

The early goal gave Arsenal a lift and you know what they say goals breed confidence & Arsenal had it.

The momentum was with Arsenal and Chelsea had a huge mountain to climb.

I've always said Conte was a poor choice.
He should kow you cant bribe referees here like you did with Juventus.

Chelsea need a mass clear-out.
Kante was a waste of money and so was David Luiz.

Willian is also past it.
Need to play Oscar, Batshuayi & Moses & Pedro.

Chelsea were so slow and had no tempo. Left Costa so isolated esp when they have cold blooded defenders in Mustafi.

Made bellein look world class.

Really fear for Chelsea.
Unless Spurs sacrifice PL for European success, Chelsea will not be in the Top 4 let alone PL title contenders.

Partly agreed.

Conte has a lot to prove in this league. It will certainly be a huge test for him. Hopefully he'll learn sooner than later. I will take other jibes about him with a pinch of salt.

Willian is not finished, just needs a kick in his backside

Willian is finished. You can see it in his body language.

They lack leadership & badly missed Terry.

Ivanovic is NOT Captain material.

Mayve Conte has something up his sleeve i.e.e 3-5-2 formation

I think Batshuayi neeeds to play. He has got goals in him & D Costa & Batshuayi wud be a lethal strike force.

I think Conte has got a lot of things wrong and I have been complaining but we can't keep changing managers every 6 months. We actually need someone to rebuild the team and give it some sort of identity. We don't want to be that one-dimensional boring Mourinho team either. It's just a shame that so many good and useful players were sacrificed. We sold Felipe Luis when he would certainly be first choice now, we sold Schurrle and bought Pedro, Salah and Cuadrado who are all inferior, we sold De Bruyne, we sold Lukaku and haven't had a decent back up striker - all this ridiculous business.

As for saying Kante is a waste of money - played properly he's a monster but we need a midfield plan. We're playing him as a holding player when he's a box to box player.

And Luiz is a very important player for us now because after Terry, he's actually our best defender apart from being one of our most talented footballers - I mean - how the fck did we get ourselves into that situation?

Conte has to learn that in England, football is much faster and played at least 20 yards further upfield than we are playing - exactly because when we get caught out, the opposition are right in front of our goal. He also has to learn that to play the ball out from the back, we need a playmaker at the back and the ball should go nowhere near the likes of Cahill and Ivanovic but the playmaker and Luiz - players who can pass the ball 5 yards and move. Playing a line of 5 midfielders is not tactics for the premier league but for a kids Sunday league team.

No, it was an awful result, but it was a catalyst. And he did exactly what I said - built a team and system around Luis and Kante. Our 3-4-3 has been a dynamic system. Conte has been super-impressive as have we as a team.

Kante is very average looked good at Leicester as they had ten men behind the ball. At bigger clubs its usual just one DM while the rest of the MF are in forward positions.
