Just wanted to drop a wee message to say thanks to everyone who donated to my page for the Great Scottish Run on Sunday. Mr LMC and myself have raised just under £500 for CHAS, so its all going to a great cause.

Only downside is i seem to have picked up a foot injury and struggling to put any weight on it. Anyone had any similar running injuries? Its only sore when i walk on it.
