On a dry, overcast afternoon Spurs entertained Inter Milan in their 2nd game of the NextGen Series. After a bright opening five minutes from Inter, Spurs took control and scored three in the first fifteen minutes. Continued attacking play from Spurs was aided by poor positional defending and Milan were soon 5-0 down.
On the 35th minute, Spurs winger Gomelt completed his hat trick with another crisp finish. His performance was marred two minutes later by first a trip in the box, leading to a penalty, and his ensuing argument resulting in a red.
Bessa took the kick well and sent the Spurs keeper the wrong way.
The second half was a much more even affair. Milan saw more of the ball, and forced a couple of smart saves from Miles. However with twenty minutes remaining Spur’s impressive Charlie Pritchard scored his second with a direct free kick from the edge of the box . The remainder of the match saw Spurs contain Inter’s forwards with relative ease, and the game ended with a convincing 7-1 victory for the home side.
One can only speculate what the score would have been had Spurs not played some 50 minutes with only 10 men.

he needs to put a couple of youngsters on the bench every match

I did think and hope that might happen when the 7 subs thing was introduced, but it hasn't really made much difference to Harry.
I believe in the SPL, they have a ruling where a certain number of the subs have to be under a certain age. In principle that seems a good idea.

No just that they were gonna play him tonight but decided late to organise something yesterday. Hoping that is a good sign and they were keen to give him an extra days rest before Saturday.
