I hate the way people screw up these spanish words:
chipotle = Chee-poat-lay
chorizo = chor-ee-tho or chor-ee-so (Outside of spain mexico or south america for example)
Jalapeno = Ha-La-Pen-yo

The article did say that it's black men who suffer from that. Can't remember if there was an explanation.
