Brewers Predictor (17): Reading

Well, I'll risk predicting a draw:-

Reading 1 - 1 Brewers

well its odds on for a reading win but you never know anyway I don't predict albion losing ever not in my dna so going for a 1-1 draw

Reading 2 Brewers 1

I think the best we can hope for is a consolation goal (but I hope I'm wrong, obviously).

Reading 2 - 1 Brewers

We have only ever known lower non league, league 1 &2 football. Up to now this season has been stop / start, because of the International breaks.
I still can't believe we are in the Championship at times and playing teams like Newcastle and Norwich.
we have stood toe to toe with all the teams we have played up till now and always given it a go, whatever the result is.
This game will be no different and we always have our chances to win a game, but a rub of the green always helps.

Reading 1 - 2 Brewers.

I remember being on holiday in Cornwall the last time the Brewers travelled to Reading just a few days after our debut in League 2.

5-1 that night with Jimmy Phillips our scorer.

Don't think we will get that sort of pasting today but can't quite see us breaking our duck of away wins just yet.

2-0 seems to be the habit on the road just lately so I'll go with that, though obviously would love to be wrong.

Totally agree with earlier posts. Still seems surreal to think that we now have Newcastle and Aston Villa on our fixture list in the next six weeks. Highly respectable points haul so far. Great season.

I agree with all of you and still pinch myself to see whether it's a dream we're in the Football League and especially the Championship. Having said that, I know we'll probably lose or at the best draw, but sometimes the Albion surprise us all and today could be that day. I'm therefore predicting:
Reading 1 Albion 2

I also think today could be the day for a surprise with our first away win. Brewers to win 2.1

Sat at the ground wondering how to kill 10 minutes and then I recall I haven't predicted in this yet. Oooops.
