Finally playing football

Sorry but we was playing excatly the same way under mcdermott

Am enjoying this season but don't think we actually play that nice a football, a lot of fan nying about at back, nearly getting caught out and then big boot

A14, he is actually right. We haven't got out of second gear yet. Which bodes well when u look at the bigger picture.

I thought we played poorly today. Great result, great effort but we looked very average for me. Sign of a good team though, winning and not playing well.

Villa came with a plan ( as all teams do ) to pressure the man with the ball hoping to effact a mistake. Think we handled it well. Poor game.... GREAY result!!

Just wish Sacko would be more..... oh I dunno he just does not fill me with confidence, headless & chicken spring to mind. He seems to not have a real football brain. If we do sign him hope we don't pay alot, a free would be ideal. But That aint gonna happen.

Well judging by the crowd atmosphere in the last few games I'd say that we're playing ok.

Monk will play it all down and say we're not playing that well as that's what a level headed and good coach will say. But results, and performances, against some good sides I'd argue say otherwise.

Is there more to come from this team, I hope so and think so. They're still relatively getting to know each other.

Good times appear to be back and whilst that may not last all season (really hope it does mind) I'm enjoying turning up to the games as much as anytime I can remember in a real long time.

You're trying to split hairs for the sake of it.

We're winning, we're having success and fans are responding. Whether it's because we're playing good football, or playing well - personally I don't give a sheet. It's just good to be seeing a side playing with passion, commitment and in part some skill. We're not the finished article and I suspect there's better to come.
