Alan Nixon is saying the takeover is done, it's 100% and the announcement should be soon and there are posts suggesting adjustments occurring to Forest's details at companies house.

I really do hope that is the case (especially the 100%), and JJM is in full control now. Apparently a CEO and various other staff are lined up too.

It's also suggesting we won't get a massive fan fare with JJM all over the press and it's likely to be fairly subdued with new staff doing the honours of talking to the press. How refreshing would that be? Someone who likes to sit in the background, not seek attention, to build a structure and let those people do what they need to do.

No idea andorra, but there's no mention of Fawaz in the docs, so I presume 100%?
