Leeds Utd v Cambridge Utd Matchday Thread

The magic of the Cup , well, it already claimed a few scalps over the weekend , Love it or loathe it, the Cup games always get the juices flowing, get past Cambridge and see if we can get one of the Prem Teams .
Then there's the banana skin effect to consider and Shaun Derry

Team News
Leeds midfielder Eunan O'Kane could return after being out for seven matches with a groin strain.
Defender Charlie Taylor (Achilles) is out so Gaetano Berardi is expected to continue at left-back.

League Two side Cambridge are hopeful Brad Halliday and George Maris (both knocks) will feature for them.
They will be without midfielder Keith Keane, while forward Barry Corr and winger Medy Elito have knee injuries.

That's 3 in a row now against lower league side where we've scraped through by the skin of our teeth. If we play the same side against Wimbledon then it will be 4. Surely we must learn after 3 dismal attempts albeit we won them...... Just

Well they dominated the second second half in the middle, won the game and we now have two rested fully fit centre miss to play Derby on Friday. Simples

Garry Monk should know better. When referees see a foul, they usually wait a few seconds to see if they can apply advantage. Nothing to do with crowd reaction when the whistle is blown a little after the foul occurred.

Ref was.probably aware of Jansson being on 9 cards. Booked him as so as he had the chance too. It was a booking. Surprised he didn't send Phillips off for his tackle and repeat offending.

The Ref was a tw4t , look at the foul count but only Leeds players got cards, don't believe Janssons was a card offence, not even sure it was a foul as the other player went into Jansson's arm as it was already up >
