Or at least what it should be
1 - Goalkeeper
Petr Cech is in decline, so first things first we need a keeper.
Jan Oblak is the obvious choice, I am sure we could get him easily.
Otherwise it is Gianluigi Donnarumma or Sergio Rico or sainke.
2 - Left back.
Time for an upgrade, and if FM has taught me one thing then it is Jose Luis Gaya is our man. Always linked to us, so obviously a certainty.
3 - BBM
If we want Xhaka to succeed we need to get him a box to box man. Someone like the Monaco lad Tiemoue Bakayoko.
4 - Left sided attacker
Marco Reus gets mentioned, even though I am not a big fan of his.
5 - Striker
As always.
Should be able to do all that and have some change left over to give Yaya Sanogo a new contract.

Oblak isn't going to leave a considerably more successful team to challenge for the Top 4 trophy.
----------
As Atletico find themselves in a fight for fourth in a league where they have finished 3rd in both Oblaks seasons? - compared to Arsenal's 3rd and 2nd...
Oblak has won one trophy - as an unused sub in the Spanish equivalent of the Community shield
Arsenal have won the Community Shield twice in that time ....
So you are right, he isn't going to leave a considerably more successful team!

I'd say it would be quite unlikely that a GK for AM who is first choice would choose to compete with Cech for the number 1 position.
If Arsenal were to call time on Cech then I agree, I can see you getting Oblak. But to compete? It's a big ask.

Nah, pension Cech off.
Not going to happen anyway, just the reasoning of the Asano fan made me laugh.

I'm sure Oblak is just as bad as saving pens as Cech going by his CL performance.

I hope Man Utd buy Cech as an upgrade over De Gea.
