Hernandez is quicker, yes. Also has miles more skill on the ball and dribbling skills are better.

I like Mowatt, but just think we need better if we're looking upwards, nothing against the lad.

Disappointing that monk told us no one is leaving and then tells us Mowatts deal well down the line.

To be fair I think he meant anyone he wants to keep but that's just my opinion.

Sad he's going but it's not in the same veign as selling one of our best players in order to balance the books. This doesn't smack as a sale that will net us much money to be honest.

If his salary is invested in the squad and we get a better player then OK. If not it's a poor decision IMO.

I knew the position before AR came in. I don't know now.

This is not a financial sale though IMO. Maybe frees up wages but that's about it.

Undisclosed but I'd be surprised if it's over £500k.

Sad to see Alex leave but hasn't really kicked on since he broke through. He leaves with my best wishes and I genuinely hope he doesn't do an Aidy White, who showed a lot of promise but it's never been fulfilled.

Seems Monk was "made aware" of this so that doesn't sound like it was his decision.

Maybe take the £500k now and the 7k saving in wages?
