Don't get me wrong, it's great we're into the final. But I feel a little disappointed about a few things. Just need to vent, feel free to ignore but curious if anyone feels the same?!
- losing the unbeaten run against Hull is pretty cr@p
- players didn't look bothered
- performances in both ties, plus Liverpool and Stoke, were really bad compared to November and December, feel we've stalled a little
- Manchester United are so much better when the two fullbacks can attack well, as well as defend. Say what you like about Valencia's crossing, he offers far more going forward than any other FB at the club
- shielding the ball in the corner when we're losing? WTF? Pathetic. Put it in the box and go for the equaliser
Must improve big time after the Wigan game, assuming it'll be fairly straightforward

Slight disappointment because of the performance and losing but we won't care at all in a month. It's a final. They don't come every year!
In addition, if we were to lose the unbeaten run, best do it in circumstances where, ultimately, no harm was done.

Thought tonight was very much a case of doing enough to get over the line. We were already 2-0 up so didn't have to over exert ourselves. Probably plenty of games in the future where we will need to up the effort and impetus to get a goal. Tonight wasn't really one of those.

Agree with that. Had we just gone to City/Liverpool/Chelsea etc and lost 2-1 to win 3-2 on aggregate we'd be buzzing but the end result would have been the same.

We're through. That's all that matters. Hopefully a kick up the backside and go forward from here. No easy games at this level if you don't fully apply yourself.

Go for the equaliser in the 94th minute of a game in a tie that's already won, against a team hungry for a goal who'll throw everything forward should the keeper or a defender intercept the cross? I'm glad that you aren't our manager.

Last few performances haven't been great to say the least. I think we coasted through the two games against Hull, we played as if last night's game had already been won and the intensity wasn't there against Liverpool or Stoke, Liverpool especially.
Hopefully we can find our groove again before the next lot of league games.
