After the Lord Mayors show it's back to the regular stuff now with away games at Barnsley and Burton this week. Totally different games to Saturday but important ones to keep the upward momentum going at the club.
Could be argued that we should go with the same 11 after Saturday but the players ran themselves into the ground and fitness, fatigue will lead to some changes and also these are games where we would want to play more on the front foot. And we have Iorfa, Batth, Price, Cavaleiro, Bodvarsson, Enobakhare, Ronan and Mason who will all be pushing for a start.
Add to these games the cup draw today and transfer deadline tomorrow and it's an exciting time to be a Wolves fan again

Evening all
Cav out tomorrow, so another chance for ronan to start on the left? Would be another sign of PL's commitment to play exciting, attacking football.

Be good to see Ronan again, depends whether Weimann is up for two games in a few days having not played for a while

Two away games this week then following the cup draw we have 5 consecutive home games

Hasn't Cav got an injury. Seems like he's not been fully fit all season.

He was poor at Norwich, but maybe there was a reason

Chelsea have no games in the midweek before or after the cup tie, so I guess it will be a full strength team we will face

usually Chelsea are a bit more ruthless about seeing off the opposition in cup matches than the other Big Prem clubs. I think they'll be pretty full strength and lets face it, their first reserves are probably all £20m+ players.
BUT
you never know in the cup. we have nothing much to lose, so can at least go out there to try and enjoy it, entertain the fans and give them a contest. if the fight is right then I expect a positive party crowd even if we get pumped 5-0.
