Personally think Hughie is pretty over rated and nothing really special, but has a good jab and is good on his feet, personally think Parker isn't worth a w!nk, was lucky to even beat Andy Ruiz, he's clumsy on his feet, has no power and i imagine Hughie will win a decision comfortably.
