Excellent result really good extra time performance, but yet another, pitiful display of reffereing tonight.
Jones got 2 if not three major decisions wrong.Worst display at Kp since Moss.
Sadly we have to suffer that disgusting man on Sunday, so sadly I fear the worse.
As have said many times the officials are the biggest problem in the game today, and Jones and Moss are probably the worst in the league.
let's just hope Moss surprises us on Sunday, but I doubt it very much
Great result against 12 men.

It makes me think it's a conspiracy, the FA and the footballing establishment HATED us smashing the "big 6" idea wide open as they lost TV revenue, so have set the refs against us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Didn't you get a lot of decisions go your way last season?
The standards of refereeing are just simply poor, not a conspiracy surrounding anyone. It's the same for everyone, expect maybe Spurs when they've got Dean
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I do agree with that.
When your playing well and in the oponents penalty area, you tend to get the decisions go your way. When you're clinging on game after game you invite decisions upon you.
Most bad refs are just consistently bad for everyone. But Moss is the one who has given a succession of very debatable, game changing, decisions against Leicester - in successive matches.

There were 2 very good penalty shouts, but I can sort of understand how they might not be given when you only see it once.
However, the missed handball from their goalie was a shocking decision. It always frustrates the hell out of me that all of the assistants seem to go blind at moments like that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
At the risk of being labelled a WUM I have some sympathy for the officials as it looked from the TV replays that neither ref nor assistant had a clear view of the handball.

All the referee's helped you last season, they were as key as Ranieri was

thorny, out of interest are you saying this from having seen the incidents live or off the telly? I was there live and couldn't tell for sure with several of the key incidents. However, there were three I'd like to have seen again:
- Chilwell going down in the area
- Free kick against Benalouane on the edge of our box
- Handball against the Derby keeper
My thoughts at the time were that Jones probably got the first and last right, but the middle one badly wrong. I'd be interested in confirmation though.

First and last he got badly wrong with no help from assistants. Middle one 50/50

Fair enough, I got it completely wrong in the stadium then. Certainly the people around me were convinced and furious over the handball shout.

Actually, regarding the first and third incidents, both were on the opposite side of the pitch from the officials, making it Jones's job to keep up with play. So if he was in a bad position then that it probably his error.

Just watching unreal time.... Their keeper was clearly out the box! What did the officials think he stopped the ball with?

Chilwell was clear push, poss pen ,Slimani was clear foul or trip, def Pen.Keepers handball was as blatant as one for Burnleys goal.
What is wrong with these officials ? Are they just bad ,or dishonest..?
Moss on Sunday, and we all know what to expect from him.
Would like to see Ranieri tell players not to talk to him , not acknowledge him, and at no point shake hands with him
There is nothing in the rules that says you have to get involved with ref in any way.
He does not observe the rules of the game anyway as shown against Forest and West Ham,and should be treated with total indifference by the players.
Won't matter how we behave towards him , all football fans know he is the worst and most dishonest ref in the prem, yet the FA allow him to continue to ruin games and misinterpret the laws as he sees fit

I think personally the handball by the keeper was the hardest for the officials to spot yet the most blatant of all the contentious decisions ( or non decisions).
The speed of the play from us meant that the referee was not completely up with play, the assistant referee in line with play was blocked by the Derby defender and the assistant on the near side was obviously down in his half and his view was blocked by the body of our player.
So while the decision should have been a Red Card, no questions about it I can sort of understand why nobody saw it.
As for the push on Chilwell, well the ref was just an absolutecunt for that one!!!!
