😈Wolves v Wigan😈{live}

Haters are always gonna hate.......right ?

Wolves may be without midfielder Jack Price, who suffered a head injury in Saturday's 1-0 home loss to Newcastle.

He came off at half-time, while Joe Mason (hernia) continues to struggle, but long-term casualty Mike Williamson is in line to figure after missing the last two games with a groin problem.

Wigan have on-loan midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe available again after being left out against parent club Fulham.

Centre-back Craig Morgan could be missing with a toe problem.

Alex Gilbey and Reece James could return after ankle injuries, while January signing Matt Gilks may continue in goal after replacing Jakob Haugaard at half-time in Saturday's defeat at Craven Cottage.

On-loan Derby midfielder Jamie Hanson is pushing for a start after impressing as a substitute, but James Weir, on loan from Hull, is still in need of competitive minutes, as are Mikael Mandron, Gabriel Obertan, Jack Byrne, Josh Laurent and Alex Bruce.

Match facts

Wolves, in 18th, start the night six points clear of trouble - and nine ahead of 23rd-placed Wigan.
Wigan have scored at least twice in six of their last eight league games against Wolves, including in this season's reverse fixture (a 2-1 home win).
Since keeping six clean sheets in seven games at Molineux from March to August 2016, Wolves have only kept one clean in their last 12 home league games (against Aston Villa).
Wigan are the only Championship side yet to register 100 shots on target this season. They are currently on 99, from 30 games.
Wolves have won only one of their last five league games at Molineux against Wigan, having not triumphed since a 3-1 Premier League victory in November 2011. Dave Edwards, who scored that day, is one of only two Wolves survivors.

Noticed that Copenhagen had 38% possession, only two shots on target and conceded more than 4 times as many fouls as their opponents. Decent result from them, but as we saw at Molineux, Stale's teams will never draw plaudits from people that enjoy the beautiful game

Anyone who remembers the beautiful game at Molineux will be very old. The rest are dead.

Just noticed that, if results go against us, by the time we play our next league game we could be 22nd, ie in the relegation zone.

With the right results for them QPR, Bristol City, Burton and even Wigan could overtake us.

Now who's not worried?

Reading comments by some Villa fans who are confident they are going down.

The race to League One is so much more exciting than the one for the Premier League title

Just to cheer everyone up a little, back in 2013, we were a whole point worse off after 31 games and more importantly 3 places below where we are now..

I reckon we'll be ok......maybe

Have a great weekend everyone.

And the season before that we were in the Prem. Seems like only yesterday. How time flies.

I hear that Gary Monk is in the frame for the Rangers job. Not sure why anyone would want that position currently.

Looking forward to the weekend games. Have a good one Ode.

Cheers Bute. No pressure tomorrow, hopefully it will be a great occasion and we'll put up a decent fight.

Three points off the blues next Friday is the more important prize.
