Just over 13 days ago the club was vilified for quite rightly sacking a wonderful manager who had lost his way.
We were going wrong in everyday.
What a difference a fortnight can make in football, two home wins lifting us up the table, although not safe yet,and then one of the most enthralling wins you will ever see.
A game that had everything ,passion ,skill ,commitment and above all belief.
We should have scored more , and the long shot that rattled the bar , and the wonderful penalty save, just added to the tension and excitement .
The officials were to say the least very over dramatic, but overall good.
What a night what a fortnight, and thanks to the owners for making a very hard decision.
What a fortnight!!

A lot of people jumping the gun here after a second leg and forgetting it was Ranieri played a big part in Leicester going through after a good away result. Don't know if people are forgetting seeing the players after that game and how buzzing they seemed. Not to mention getting you through the groups.
Obviously the team looks revitalised in the league now. If the sacking had came days before that away leg I don't think the same questions would've been asked. Never mind that Leicester had luck on their side tonight, less than an inch away for Escudero's shot, Nasri being a twaat, and a poor penalty from Sevilla.

Ifs buts and maybes ... but let's be fair, Leicester have beaten a bloody good Sevilla side over 2 legs.. Fantastic achievement I'm so proud of.
Champions League Quarter Finals..... Oh yes!!!!!

It's probably just as embarrassing for Ranieri who must be wondering why on earth he took a winning formula, binned it and tried to get us to play like Lazio
The truth will come out given time - Ranieri is a great guy but there's all sorts of bonkers stuff he was doing behind the scenes and he was killing the very team he helped achieve the impossible

This. There's already things coming out though and there will be more I'm sure.
On our best night vilifying the man who got us there and by the way there is lots to come and you are going to be eating some Italian humble pie.
Befoe you start all i interested in is the best night i have ever had and my club are through to the last eight

I was responding to Ace nev. No need to get involved
Let's also credit the players who you call backstabbing traitors for their part in getting us there and for what they did last night. Oh I forgot it was all Ranieri....

It's shameful for a manager to take a winning formula and try to turn us into Lazio, as BS would say. He was an idiot for seeing us win the league and then change everything that helped us win it. His poor decisions cost him.
I will always love Ranieri but I'm not blind to his failures this season and having initially being opposed to his sacking, now I vehemently back it.

Nothing shameful about it, at all. Most Leicester fans still love Ranieri but understand in a business and footballing sense the decision for him to go was correct.

oh do bore off. It was a complete no brainer for him to be given the boot, that doesnt mean we dont love the guy or fully appreciate the part he played last season. Unfortunately he lost the plot a little (quite a bit actually) this season. If it aint broke, dont fix it!!!
