Oldham Athletic v Bolton Wanderers

Early start 12.30 kick off and the games seem to be getting bigger. Both teams playing catch up with the rest of the league playing yesterday. Bolton's lead in 2nd place is reduced to 4 points and still need 6 points from the last 4 games to guarantee 2nd place. Oldham 7th from bottom are 3 points above the relegation zone so a lot to play for. Oldham managed by ex wanderer John Sheridan(what a midfielder he was back in the day, didn't matter who was picked in that midfield Sheridan, Thompson, frandsen, sellars, Pollock, Johansen all quality) have ex wanderer tope obadeyi in their squad. Unfortunately Chris Taylor can't play today against his parent club. Team news. Usual suspects Davies, Buxton, Wilson ,alnwick out for the season. Pratley and dervite added to the doubtful list along with madine and Andy Taylor. Karacan has signed on until the end of the season so an option to come in for pratley. Derik for dervite and hopefully Clayton rather than wilko for madine possible changes today.

Millwall battering Fleetwood they just can't score

The worry is Scunthorpe get a cricket score against Chesterfield and eliminate the goal difference advantage.

Fleetwood mug Millwall right on ht

We really need Millwall to come back strong and hope that Chesterfield can do the same. Unlikely but we can hope.

At the end of the day, it's up to us to win our games.

Ken may regret selling clough if Bolton don't go up. Could still have sold him in the summer. Should have put the money in he promised.

would anybody want Clough though at the price we got though

Scunny knocked 3 in now

Scunny knocked 3 in now. Yes but it ended 3-1 so just 2more goals for their difference.

If we win our next two games, it won't matter one jot.

Chairman Ken has spoken via The Beano any shirkers will be taken outside and shot and in an attempt to end the washing machine effect we will be using the dry cleaners from now on with the washing machine being handed over to the rag and bone man in the summer in exchange for a balloon so PP will have to buck up or ship out.
