Celtic 2 v 0 Rangers

As one sided an OF game as you're likely to see. I honestly think we could play a 90 game of football again today going by how much we had to work for that yesterday.

The first half was all about us and how we dominated the tempo of the game. When we slowed it down there were players available to receive the ball. when we picked up the pace the wee triangles and interchange was a joy to watch.

I'm going to single out Paddy Roberts and Calumn McGregor first of all as they two were absolutely outstanding. I don't think they gave the ball away more than once the whole time they were on the pitch and in Roberts, he had a field day against Beerman. A lot of people will say Beerman is a young boy, which he is but Paddy Roberts is only 20 himself and that's the level young Beerman will want to aspire too in terms of ability in a big game.

Scott Brown did what Scott Brown does yesterday, he never lost a 50/50, he bossed that midfield from start to finish and in all honesty, Halliday and Holt looked terrified of him.

A lot has been said about Celtic not been able to turn off then turn it back on again when needed but I think we answered that yesterday and the bravado has been shunted away until the next time Rangers sneak a draw

One final point, the referee and his officials had a decent game for the large part but Rangers should still have been down to 9 men first half. Andy Halliday's tackle is the worst tackle you're likely to see this year, it makes Scott Brown's look like a bloody girls challenge last week. I fancy Celtic's lawyer to be using that video evidence yesterday as exhibit A when defending Scott Brown on Thursday.
