You said he was sacked though-despite him saying in the press he decided to leave.

But we have a fairly well respected poster saying he has genuine info, but we have to believe McLeish because he said in the press he wasn't offered it.

Eck referred to a live in the DR that suggests McLeish said he never got near being offered the job. It was clarified by Mags and me that of course it didn't get that far because McLeish pulled shy of taking the dicsuioms further having had conversations with Smith who told him to stay well clear. McLeish was told the job was his should he choose to go for it. He declined.

You expect him to drop both Rangers and Smith in the sheite in a national paper whilst undermining Pedro with the club who he worked for and loved for many years?

Of course he's not going to do that so you just stick with the head in sand routine.
