If you hadn't mentioned McGregor I would've agreed with you, but McGregor has been pretty innefectual anytime Brown hasn't been in the midfield beside/behind him.

Armstrong also plays at his best with Brown in midfield as it frees him up to play further up the pitch. Same with McGregor.

Brown wasn't at Dundee united with Armstrong and he managed fine

i rate both tierney and armstrongway above Brown. Mcgregor was tongue in cheek obviously thohes played well against us last two game

I wonder how Brown would do in the EPL?
