Tim Hague: Former UFC fighter dies aged 34

Should Boxing Mismatches be sanctioned when things like this can happen.

Boxing is a dangerous sport and putting in novices in, no matter what their experience is in other sport, can be extremely dangerous even against an average boxer.

Very sad news but this has nothing to do with the Mayweather McGregor fight. Also this wasn't Hague's first boxing fight as you're insinuating it was his fourth with his first fight being back in 2011.

Boxing is a very dangerous sport and every fighter knows the risks when they get in the ring. Fortunately these days deaths in the boxing ring are much less common than they once were.

The fact the Tim Hague had been knocked out 7 times in 2 years leading up this fight shines a light on both certain promoters not caring about fighters and a lack of real oversight in certain parts of the world.

Apparently he was knocked down 5 times during the fight too which is a concern...
