Free PS+ games for August

Just Cause 3? Get in! Was thinking of buying that anyway after having a go on my mates version but put off by the asking price. No excuse now!

Seems to be following a pattern recently

You have a good main game (last month it was until dawn, this month (jc3)

Followed by a pretty solid second game. Got was good last month and the ac download will be decent enough.

Good on them for upping their game a little

just add them to your library and download them whenever you feel like it .... if you add it to your library you can download months later. Play one, delete it download the next. I add every single game to my library so its always there if I want to play it

Yeah i do, still annoys me tho. I just have a bunch of games i play often i cant delete like BF1, battlefront, Wipeout, GTA5 etc. Need to finish Mass Effect a to make space

Off topic but anyone entering this competition.

Just got an email to say that my PS+ membership is rising form 39.99 to 49.99 upon renewal.

So I guess the introduction of better PS+ content the past few months was all a ploy to get fans onside before hiking the price. Very sneaky

I personally think the price is absurd. Not happy at all. I fully expect the top monthly titles to drop off shortly now.

Amazon day they had 15 months for the price of 12 .

There are ways to get it cheaper than 50 quid

Hadnt heard of this surprisingly? Looks like it will be very similar to the GT Academy. Its being run on Gran Turismo Sport which I have being taking part in the closed Beta for. Hard to say what it is going to be like to be fair. The Beta test is mainly stress testing the servers and i dont think what I have been driving is gonna be a true reflection of the physics. However I do know that they are developing GT Sport with pad players in mind which means that there will be hidden aids incorporated into it to help pad players remain competitive with the wheel racers which is a shame as it means dumbing it down. Still think for consoles that the best Sim Racer by quite a distance is Assetto Corsa. They dont quite compare to the PC sim racers tho such as RFactor 2 and I-racing.
