gutted!

we need to strengthen the side and whilst VVD would strengthen us greatly, selling Couts weakens us!

VvD & Matip would make a great partnership though!

Depending on what happen with VVD, it looks plausible that we could get him but lose Coutinho. Having both come 1 September would be too good to be true, right?

I'm fairly confident of getting VVD. I'm extremely confident of keeping Cout.

Depends who we could replace coutinho with. My preference is always to keep him, but if we could sign a quality replacement for midfield and we strengthened at the back then I'd think we'd be stronger.

I don't want Coutinho to go as we saw that the money means nothing if you don't at least replace like for like (Suarez)

If however we can get 130 plus million which he's worth compared to others in today's market and we can get a top player in for 70- 80 million we'd have done well but it's not that simple is it
