Well done Rangers 👍

Good win today. Well played. 👏

Morelos superb. Candeias superb 👏

Josh looked good when he came on. Great to see Pena on scoresheet. Like his positional sense 👍

Time for Kenny and Kranjcar to have a spell on the bench.

....Meanwhile, over in the eastend it looks like someone's been busy with their ghreen crayons

Absolutely cringeworthy. A total embarrassment. It hurts them so bad. Splendid.

Let it go ffs 😂😂

Well done on the fundraising P72.

Yes - the pain was worth it for the BHF. Will do the full London to Brighton next year. Only did London to Cranfield this year as didn't think I was good for 100kms - I was correct

You should read the subversive runners blog. He doesn't write as much these days, but go back and read it, you'll like it. Ex Marine now ultra running firefighter. Quite an enjoyable writing style.

A good friend and ex-colleague is currently over in the States doing one of those daft 'Ironman' challenges. He is a mentalist who does those triathalons every other weekend over in Tralee. Not pour moi!

Done the GNR a few times. Not an easy course.

Swannage was the worst half marathon I've ever done.

I want to get in to triathlons. Got mates doing full Iron today in Wales and half Iron other places. I'll start on a novice or a sprint but I just need to commit to it.

It's going to be easier cycling to my work now as parking is to be a mare for the next few months but that's only 8 miles there, 8 miles back. I'll need to get back in the pool and getting swimming if I commit.

Running is running. I hate it and will never be the best but years of forced runs mean I know how to get fit enough for whatever distance

I'll see you at the start line of London to Brighton next year - a couple of 'faces' you may know are joining me

In a few weeks I'll have another rejection for the London Marathon. 5 in a row

In years past 5 rejections in a row guarantees you entry the next year but no more.

Never done a full. Don't fancy it if it isn't London where the entire route is lined with people and sites to see

Edinburgh is mostly out of the city. Manchester looks ok but goes around the local towns so again out in the country for spells

It's really not like that. You start at Kempton Race Course and go through the countryside for 90% of it. The urban stuff is near the end and even then it isn't that bad TBH.

P.S meeting a couple of old RSMs who you may know at Oktoberfest in London at the end of the month. I think it will be carnage

I'm in the ballot for London to Surrey (again)

My generation are all hitting SSM level. If I was still in I'd probably be looking to getting my warrant

I got tired of not making the London Marathon so have given up. I will just carry on doing ones which aren't so 'glamourous'.
