The weight limit will be super featherweight which means Rigo will have to climb up two weight classes. With a combined 800+ amateur fights between them, these two wizards will pit their skills against each other in a fight of the highest calibre.

After years of cherry picking fights, it seems the top fighters have woken up to the fact, fans want to see proper contests which are 50\50.
Too many scared of losing that 0.
Fighters seems to be taking it away from promoters and saying we want these risky fights

Moving up 2 weight classes would seem to give the advantage to Lomachenko I think. Anyway its a great fight, can't wait and glad it's actually been made.

Also I think Lomachenko isn't trying to protect anything, he already lost his 2nd fight as a pro so no 0 to protect anyway.
Apart from Mayweather I don't know of many others that have gone unbeaten their whole career, Calzaghe?

well one thinsg for sure loma wont be able to fight the way he has the last 4-5 fights against rigo as he would get picked up at will, he's more than skilled to adapt his style but I slightly favour rigo because he'll be going into the fight the same way he has all throughout his career
