Zach still got a lot to do to convince me as well. Just something not quite right about his play. Can’t put my finger on it. Can look quite lazy at times as well , not so much lazy actually, more as if his mind is elsewhere .

Takes time mate.

I’ve always eaten very healthily (since I moved away from Scotland years ago - no joke) and do my fair way of gym, swimming etc. Don’t put weight on whether I eat loads or not and graze through the day as opposed to have big meals.

Takes time mate but you do feel all the benefits.

Never smoked though which is a massive thing

Exactly the same. Very healthy eating here. Very lean high protein foods. Train 6 days a week; 4 days in gym + footy, cycling running. Never smoked either. Drink only very occasionally. Massive benefits 👍

Terrible unhealthy eating here. Very high fat foods.Train never and sit on erse regularly barely able to breathe. Smoke like a chimney. Hardly ever sober. No health benefits at all. I stand by my lifestyle choices.
