Given that we got off to a good start and have points in the bag that we would've been happy with at the start of the season and we have plenty of time to turn it round, assuming TC knows how to address the downturn in form, do we have the players in the squad to allow him to change things?
Would sticking Viera and Anita in the middle for Phillips and O'Kane be an option?
What about all these u23's in the development squad? Anything to draw from there?
I'm not liking the Phillips / O'kane as the default pairing.

when I say I don;t rate Siaz, I mean I think he's a little overrated.. if you know what I mean.. think sometimes when you get a player from Madrid, or played for Madrid people automatically think he's ronaldo...

Over ratted after only a handful of games, where in most he's been our best player by a MILE.

I know Harrogate, I just can't help but think it though... just seems when we need that bit of quality he goes missing... brilliant when we're winning...
I'm still not sure what I mean to be honest, can;t put my finger on it

We need to learn to win ugly from time to time. Great to blitz Burton with 31 shots vs 1 and we'll see a few more like that at home, but battling one nils away from home get you out of this league.

Yes - totally agree Rob- sign of a really good player is they can play top stuff but when necessary can go toe to toe and really slug it out when required - seem to remember certain misters Bremner and Giles being rather good at that.

Winning ugly is easy to say.

That's the point 2018 - it isn't easy at all, as I tried to allude to above it takes a high quality player to be able to play top level footy under all conditions and against all types of opposition including the Warnock/Basset style set ups. Just don't think we've got CMs of that quality to achieve thids but hope to hell I'm proved wrong.

Our loss to Weds was ultimately due to poor defending rather than the midfield but away from home we need to park the bus a bit more, like teams started to play against us at the end of last season.

There is still so much to play for, but we need to learn and learn quickly.Need to be ruthless in our home games to keep us in and around top six until we can sort ourselves out away.
