Willy's energy can't be matched. He could play RWB or along side N'Golo. Pedrito is a bit of a luxury player.

Drinkwater should never start again and Baka needs to learn how to play football.

I do think we've been signing too many low ceiling players recently.

Agree with MTC in a way. We could have done so much better then Drinkwater for 35-40m. Bakayoko reminds me of Sissoko for Spurs. A lot of running but most of his running is from chasing the ball after his 1st touch.

Shet thing about these signings is I don’t see us signing a midfielder next summer.

I dunno why we have a hard on for signing high energy, low skill midfielders in the middle. Ever since Essien we pick off these feckers in the market like snipers. Not saying it's a bad thing necessarily (Kante!), but a few more Fabregas's would be nice too.

What really makes me laugh about Bakayoko is he's a proper box to box player, with all the right instincts in terms of movement. If he could somehow bring himself to a point where he has better technique than me (a slob who hasn't touched a football since school) , he'd be one of the first names on the teamsheet.

I can imagine Baka's agent selling him to Emenalo (or whoever did the deal).
