Defending spending stupid money already, yesterday they were laughing at Mourinho saying 300 mil is not enough. 75 million on a second rate defender IS enough I guess.

What was random about it? I put two and two together with the guy who is angry over Liverpool signing VVD and having Feyonoord in his username. It wasn't quite Sherlock Holmes stuff, although I appreciate it may seem so to you little buddy. Anyway, time for some sleep, some of us adults have to work in the morning.

Yeah, but Klopp was obviously talking about net spend when he said that.

Or at least that's what Liverpool fans will try to tell you. It's all about net spend now, and 'building a team'. They, and Klopp, are simply wiser and more far-sighted than the rest of us.

Anyway, as a United fan I'm just glad City didn't get VVD, if he is as good as he's made out to be.

Only time will tell if VVD is worth the millions spent but there is no doubt he is very talented and a big presence in the box.
10th March will be an interesting game... will VVD have the skill and talent to stop a prolific goal-scorer like Lukaku..?

Oh, wait...

We'll continue talking about teams the waste colossal amounts of money......only to have their.manager demonise spending money.
