I don’t think for a minute City or Chelsea were in the market to pay £75m for another centre back but I think it’s probably money well spent for Liverpool,he’s a terrific player and should suit how they play as he reads the game so well.
If,as I suspect, he is the difference between playing CL next year rather than in the Thursday night cup,then it’s money really well spent however you view the fee
3 places up for grabs and I think Utd & Chelsea must be favourites for 2 of them so if Van Dyke helps Liverpool turn some of their many draws into wins that should be enough to put the Harry Kane Team and Wenger into the consolation cup
Van Dyke

I'm sorry but Spurs would miss Kane far more than LFC would Salah. Silly debate.
They've got Llorente ffs. Is Janssen even registered?

compared to last season he has, he has been nowhere near the same level as last season.
i had this discussion with a couple of liverpool supporting mates and they agreed.
his decision making this season at times has been shocking.
his shiiit attempt at a cross against everton that would have killed the game and his attempt at a spectacular volley when he had about 25 minutes to bring the ball down ( cant remember who that was against though) are just 2 recent examples.

Yeah I'm thinking you've not watched all the games he's played in.

Mane has been poor compared to last season, but still scored 7 and assisted 4, despite a suspension and injury.
Certainly not a massive dissapointment but he's season just hasn't really got going.

It's just a media ruse to either get Southampton, and VVD, more money or to help Liverpool feel important again.
===========
It could be that or, and this is a bit nuts, they could have written stories to sell newspapers.

Apart from those two examples which all Liverpool.fans have noted what other ones where there?
So Now People make a couple of mistakes and they are made out to be worse than previous form lol.
Let's it forget Mané ripping arsenal at anfield or the volley versus spartak
