And the club did all they could by offering him more money, better incentives etc. But he only wanted Barca so what can we do.

A midfield of Goretzka-Keita-Lallana will eat teams alive mate don't worry! Or a team to that effect....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Your defence will thank Klopp for that midfield in front of them

out of curiosity how do you pass a medical with that type of injury?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They don't look at muscle strains, they look at underlying health conditions, like heart problems etc.
When you spend 142m on somebody, you want to ensure they aren't going to keel over a week later.
It's not to do with football related injuries.

At least when we do sell our prized assets we do it for great profit
Liverpool signed Torres for £20m and sold for £50m.
Suarez signed for £23m and sold for £65m.
Sterling signed for £600k and sold for £49m.
Coutinho signed for £8.5m and sold for £144m.
£253.9m profit from four players!

We should have bought Neymar
A lot of players simply don't like the weather/culture. It sounds daft but if you've bern to spain/portugal its such a contrast to the constant rain and grey skies here.
I can only imagine what its like in South America. Would you rather live with your family in Miami/LA or Russia?
