Yeah I didn't know how bad Aberdeen's training facilities were until the reports showing you his assistants taking training whilst he took some time to think about the offer from Rangers.

I was genuinely amazed that a club that size didn't have anything better to use. The issue for McInness is though I think he might have missed the boat in terms of a move. I am sure he had his reasons for knocking back Rangers, and Sunderland was a sensible decision if not a bit bold, but I don't think his stock will ever be as high as it was the last 12 months and he might find the same size of clubs aren't interested this time next year.

I would be surprised if he's not already regretting signing for us when he's seeing who we can bring in compared to him.

I can see him being left to rot in Aberdeen.
